Stefania Calugi Tartufi is much more than just a truffle products company. It is the result of a deep passion passed down through generations: the search for truffles. Our family-owned business has its roots embedded in the past, when Stefania’s great-grandfather Antonio and grandfather Guido were the first to cultivate this love for the land and its precious fruits. Thanks to them, Stefania’s father, Renato, also grew up immersed in the world of truffles, without ever imagining that this passion would one day transform into a highly respected and successful business.

Stefania, young and determined – and backed by a strong business sense – Stefania believed in the dream of bringing Tuscan truffles to tables all over the world and today, together with her husband Jurij Marchetti, leads a company that perfectly combines tradition and innovation. This long and fruitful journey characterized by love for the local territory, respect for nature and dedication has allowed Stefania Calugi Tartufi to become synonymous with quality, authenticity and passion.

From the harvest in local truffle growing areas, to the artisanal processing of this precious raw material in our laboratory, each phase is carried out with the utmost attention and expertise.

Our fresh, as well as our preserved truffles maintain their unique, unmistakable and intense aroma and flavor intact thanks to cutting-edge conservation techniques, yet without in any way sacrificing respect for tradition. In addition to fresh truffles, we produce a wide range of versatile truffle-based products, ideal for enhancing any type of dish or culinary creation.
